What you'll be doing We have recently established a new Change Delivery Team to take forward an exciting programme of improvements. The primary purpose of this role is to support delivery of this programme by gaining an in-depth understanding of our overarching business strategy, our existing processes and our associated change plans and in turn help us operationalise them. This role will be key to understanding the capabilities needed to translate the change initiatives into workable customer journeys and services. You will work as part of a cross functional delivery team, working closely with senior internal stakeholders to identify and analyse business requirements. This will involve supporting application and process changes through the delivery lifecycle. In addition, you will build artefacts such as business capability maps and value streams to help bridge the gap between strategy and execution. More about you You will have recent experience of analysing and interpreting complex data and processes and then providing practical solutions to inform the business planning. You will also bring an excellent knowledge of architecture of applications as well as experience of developing or using a variety of tools and methodologies to design/re-design processes to increase efficiency. You will have experience of both Agile and waterfall delivery practices and preferably be SAFe certified. Furthermore, you will be an experienced line manager who has a proven track record in coaching, supporting and developing colleagues to become proficient at using business improvement models to deliver improved business performance At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same!
