Overview
AYCombinator-funded, open-banking start-up is looking for a Senior Go Engineer based in Shoreditch. Reporting directly into the hands-on CTO, you'll be working on the initial build & scale of the main product, while helping to set up a world-class development environment for future Engineers during high growth. This company was an early FCA regulated open bank and allows businesses of all shapes and sizes to manage all of their financial & accountancy applications from one centralised location. Born out of YCombinator, they have recently secured a substantial seed round and are now looking to scale with quality at the forefront of their minds. Skills required: Golang is highly desireable, but any other languages like Java, Python etc will be considered. Cloud - AWS, GCP and/or Azure CI / CD DevOps - Docker / Kubernetes etc Infra-as-Code - Terraform Best Practice - TDD, Clean Code, SOLID principals etc Soft skills - Ability to identify top quality Engineers and the manner required to attract The salary is very competitive, the position comes with hard equity, likely between 0.25-1% although this can be negotiable based upon salary.
