Senior Desktop Support Engineer - Mobile Senior Desktop Support Engineer required in Edinburgh for a 3-month contract with possible extension. Your new company: One of Europe's leading and fastest growing IT service providers has an exciting opportunity to join them as a Senior Desktop Support Engineer based in Edinburgh. Due to internal progression and securing new, high profile customers our client is looking at bringing on a Senior Desktop Support Engineer. This role is a superb opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing their IT Skills. What you'll need to succeed: Excellent customer skills. Communication and Team working, ability to give a high level of support as you will be working with low technology aware users (call centre type staff). Support will be provided remotely and the only time the engineer would need to visit is if a device at Standard Life falls over. The engineer should have skills to diagnose possible hardware issues.
