Bilingual Account Manager - French speaking with fluent Spanish Or Italian Very competitive salary benefits package discretionary year-end bonus Training and career progression Location: London City Type: Permanent, fulltime Job Ref: MS20102 Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for an inside sales executive with English and French language skills to manage daily relationship with B to B clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bilingual professional with previous experience in B to B customer service, sales administration, Inside sales or order processing to join world-renowned company with prestigious clients globally. English to Native level is essential for this role. Fluency in French with Spanish or Italian desired Bilingual Inside sales executive - Main Duties: - Provide first-rate account management while maintaining a high level of customer service - Handle client’s queries and quote requests in a timely manner - Process orders and follow-up on all delivery issues - Effectively communicate with other internal departments, i.e. technical support, inside sales, credit control, logistics to ensure on-time delivery - Process return queries, warranties and refunds where needed - Confirm orders and communicate with suppliers - Work as part of a lively international sales team, and support the sales effort To succeed in this role, you will have: - English as well as fluency in French - Additional Spanish OR Italian is highly desirable - Previous experience in a similar role ideal - Background in manufacturing or engineering industry preferable - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Good organisation and relationship building skills - Good problem-solving capabilities - Ability to provide great customer service / sales support - Proficient in MS office This role is ideal for a candidate with a background in customer service, sales support, order processing and account management.
