Overview
Our client is a very successful professional services company with several offices in Norfolk and Suffolk. This multi-million pound turnover company are experts in their field and employ a loyal and engaging team of around 120 staff. Due to continued success they require a Financial Administrator to support the Financial Advisors in their Lowestoft office with responsibility for the following duties: Scanning of incoming correspondence and taking action as required Preparing valuations and quotations by requesting information from providers Updating the client database (Intelligent Office) Dealing with client enquiries by post, email and telephone Typing correspondence Processing applications Completing post review file processing Preparing files for review meetings (compliance) Database updating (change of address, archiving, death claims) We are ideally looking for candidates from a financial services background with a 'rounded' experience in the above. Salary to suit experience, profit related bonus, Bupa Cash Plan 1, parking, contributory pension.
