Overview
We have a new opportunity for a Assembly Operative working in our busy Finished Kit Assembly department. The successful candidate will be involved in: Picking the correct components to prepare for finished product assembly. To have responsibility for completing finished product assembly in line with the production schedule. Assemble and pack various kits in line with the production plan. Working in compliance with relevant procedures to assemble all products Completing all relevant documentation in a GMP manner that ensure compliance to the Quality System Ensuring the areas and equipment is kept clean and follow the 5S requirements and adhere to all Health and Safety procedures. Collecting and storing of products in cold storage. Ensuring effective clean down of areas after each manufacturing run (line clearance). Manufacturing all products within the defined standard time associated with that kit. Identifing any issues seen with components, equipment, process or documentation to the departments management team, Senior Operator or Supervisor immediately to reduce risk of poor Quality product. Essential Skills: GCSE English and mathematics The ability to follow processes and H&S procedures. Good communication skills. High focus on quality. Basic IT skills. Organizational skills The ability to work to deadlines and follow procedures The ability to work as part of a team. Can perform repetitive tasks. To be flexible to the needs of the business. To be friendly and approachable The ability to follow set policies and procedures
