Job Title: Recruitment Consultant Location: City of London Salary: £30k base salary (negotiable depending on experience) Uncapped OTE Status: Permanent, Full-time The Company Are you looking to build or expand your career within recruitment, specialising in Financial Services - specifically Private Equity, M&A boutiques, & Hedge Funds? Our client is a major Financial Services Recruitment Company looking for two experienced Recruitment Consultants. Responsibilities 360 Recruitment Utilise various search engines and CRM's to search for candidates Screen potential candidates while assessing their suitability and underlying motivations to a role Targeted research and a strategic approach in order to identify key stakeholders Requirement At least two years of experience in a sales role, consistently hitting revenue targets An achiever who will let their billing speak for itself Fluent in English and another language is a plus Strong commercial awareness and business acumen Experience in sales or recruitment Ambitious, positive, and a 'can-do' attitude What they offer Excellent commission structure Uncapped OTE Trips abroad for high achievers Beer fridge
