Overview
Regulatory Solicitor Leeds I am working with a well-known large, full-service firm in Leeds who are looking for a Regulatory Solicitor to join their highly thought of team. The Role Based in Leeds you will be advising an impressive range of national and regional clients on a wide range of regulatory matters both from a contentious and a non-contentious standpoint. The work is diverse, and you will be dealing with investigations and prosecutions from a number of organisations including: The Health and Safety Executive Environment Agency Trading Standards The Police You will also advise in relation to regulatory matters non-contentious in nature. If you have dealt with Inquest work this would be a bonus. About you You should be: Experienced in providing advice in the regulatory field in relation to various regulatory bodies Familiar with the Criminal Justice system process, and have advised those being interviewed under caution Around the NQ-3 year PQE mark and have strong experience at a well-established regional or national practice.
