Process Operator - Team Leader Permanent Rotating Morns/Afters/Nights (Mon-Fri) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays 8% Pension Competitive Rates and Overtime Birmingham - Castle Bromwich Our client is the world leader in diffusion bonded heat exchangers. Their compact heat exchangers are used in the most demanding duties across a range of industries including: Power generation, LNG production and shipping, Marine propulsion, Oil & gas production, High performance cooling and Process industries. Process Operator - Team Leader Key Duties: Organising and satisfying the daily requirements of the team to meet On Time Delivery requirements. Manage team, including performance management, resource planning in collaboration with other team leaders, monitoring and setting objectives through regular 1-1 meeting Lead, train and develop the skill set of all reports to maintain a high level of product quality Develop the team by focusing on individual performance and support requirements to achieve high standards, whilst fostering a culture of working safely Provide support throughout the department ensuring a high level of all HSE requirements are met. Maintaining a high level of 6S duties and relevant MPS activities and driving results. Process Operator - Team Leader Essential Skills/ Experience Must have experience leading/ supervising a small team Must have hands on experience Conflict management skills Decision making skills Experience supervising and delegating responsibility, training and evaluating performance Process Operator - Team Leader Desired Experience Preferably from a Manufacturing/Engineering background Process Operator - Team Leader
