You will work on the highest quality of work, the caseload will be broad and encompass all areas of litigation to include property and civil litigation, contractual claims, consumer claims and some commercial litigation work. The reason for this hire is growth and will work alongside a highly successful Associate Solicitor who has grown the department to a level where they require an additional member to cope with demand. The firm sets realistic billings targets and provides a career development plan to each individual that maps out personal goals to Partnership. The ethos of the team is one of helping and supporting each other from within. Applications are invited from Dispute Resolution Solicitors who have between 0 - 3 years PQE. You should be able to manage your own caseload as well as assisting on more complex matters. The salary on offer is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE plus 25 days holiday and bonus.
