This role is ideal for someone with a natural passion in technology, someone who is up to date on the latest technological releases and someone who is confident selling their ideas to a rapidly growing business. Areas of Responsibility - Be hands on with systems and architecture - Join an agile delivery function that works closely with business-aligned development teams - Help accelerate delivery by introducing new technology - Identify problems whilst also offering solutions - Sell your ideas to the business to help advance the technical foundations of the organisation Skills and Experience - Messaging and event-driven architectures - Continuous integration - Continuous deployment - Back end focused - Proven end to end experience Essential Technical Skills - Messaging systems such as ActiveMQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar - C# & F# - .Net Core, Kubernetes and Docker - MongoDB, MySQL or similar - Low level debugging and diagnostic skills Preferable Technical Skills - Cloud services such as Cosmos DB, Amazon RDS and Dynamo DB or similar - Experience working on real time platforms - Azure & AWS - Taking messaging systems to the cloud Permanent - £100,000 approx.
