We are currently looking for a Business Optimisation Manager to join our Sales and Collections team on a full-time basis to oversee our East region. Due to the regional nature of this role, you will be provided with a company car and your base site location can be flexible. As a Business Optimisation Manager, you will co-ordinate and manage sustainable business development projects responding to profit improvement, optimisation and growth opportunities within the Sales & Collections Function. You will also manage and lead projects from the concept phase throughout the development phases to completing the TARFs (Transaction Approval Request Forms) and obtaining approval from Leadership Management Meetings (LMM). You will develop and prepare project briefs, strategies and delivery plans whilst interfacing with Head of Sales & Collections, Collections Business Managers, Regional Head of Sales and Collections Support Managers, and internal stakeholders to correctly interpret scope/requirements. You will also implement appropriate project controls to measure and update on progress to senior management and other stakeholders and ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope. Our ideal Business Optimisation Manager will have: Proven track record of effective business development projects. Strong commercial knowledge base of waste industry. Commercial and financial appreciation of business case development Full knowledge of Road Transport Legislation.
