Maintenance Engineer West Bromwich £39,188 Overtime (time and half) 21 Days Holidays Bank Holidays Company Pension Monday to Friday 3 shift: 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am. Maintenance Engineer required for extremely successful drinks manufacturer. The company are extremely people focused and committed to upskilling their engineers, providing internal and external training opportunities on their specialist kit. The Maintenance Engineer role will be suited to a multi skilled engineer with strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills. The role requires a candidate to hold any kind of electrical qualification at level 3 or above. Candidates can be from any manufacturing background. Those with experience within an FMCG production environment are encouraged to apply. The Maintenance Engineer role will involve an even split of both mechanical and electrical maintenance. Mechanically the work will be on fillers, labellers, conveyors, compressors and valves. Electrically the work will be on single and three phase fault finding as well as basic work on PLC’s. The company operate heavily from a PPM schedule. The role will also involve basic facilities work around the site and offices. You will also get involved in project work such as CI improvements and installation of new machinery.
