Overview
KMKKadre Legal are currently recruiting for an experienced Paralegal to join the specialist Medical Negligence team of of our top awarded Legal 500 clients. Your role will be to support the Solicitors in providing a first class service to their clients. The successful candidate will require previous experience of working within litigation. Medical Negligence experience would be desirable, but is not essential. Candidates will need excellent IT and communication skills, have the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, appreciate the emotional impact of a Medical Negligence claim on our clients, and be able to deal with clients sensitively and empathetically. Main duties and responsibilities: • Compiling attendance notes • Compiling statements, list of documents and trial bundles. • Drafting letters • Preparing instructions to counsel • Communicating with clients, defendants, counsel and expert witnesses. • Filing documents at court • Undertaking research Please contact Esther on the details below if you are interested in this role.
