Sommelier Sommelier - Stunning New Hotel Restaurant - up to £30k - Sommelier This stunning Restaurant in the heart of Central London is looking for a Sommelier and is one of the most exciting venues in the area. The Sommelier will be responsible for the Restaurant, Cocktail Bar and terrace, and will work very closely with the GM pushing to achieve their continued success and Michelin Star. This amazing opportunity will suit someone with a proven background in Michelin/Fine-dining Restaurants and a strong desire to progress their career in a supportive environment.
