We are members of Apsco and the Virgin Fast Track 100. We currently are recruiting a permanent consultant in our London office. This sits within our Audio Visual team (https://) which is one of the longest and most successful teams at Prospero. This is a hugely niche area and you would be working with an established and successful team that has been operating in this market for 16 Years . You will be responsible for Temp vacancies across the country. This would suit someone who is interested in earning high commission and has some recruitment experience. The development for this position has no glass ceiling and you would be able to progress into a senior role very quickly. Job Purpose To generate leads to win new business for the AV Team and fill temp vacancies. Maintain the Prospero Integrated reputation as an agency of choice to fill long term and permanent vacancies. Aim to maximize opportunities within your given market to hit/exceed given targets for yourself and the company. Responsibilities: Identify and follow up on leads to generate new business Strengthen and forge excellent client relationships Arrange meetings with clients to gain commitment Networking across all related industry conferences and events. To build relationship with key individuals Source referrals through newly formed businesses Establishing a network of clients through your work Keeping up with the latest challenges facing the AV sector Utilising existing UK based relationships to generate business across the European Market (outside of the UK) Ability to work flexible hours - dependant on time zones Attract candidates who are open to relocation, to the UK from overseas What we look for: A hard work ethic An entrepreneurial spirit A strong business acumen Money motivated attitude Strong communication skills Drive and ambition A degree and sales experience is preferable; however, it is not essential if you are of graduate calibre.
