Role: Administrator Start Date: ASAP Location: Milton Keynes, Contract: 12 weeks temp to perm Rate: £20,000 - £23,000 P/A Consultant: Call Lizzie Dodd at Randstad CPE Maidstone Office Great opportunity for an Administrator to work in an excellent company who specialise in Facilities, Maintenance and more You will be in a team of 4 people reporting to the Office Manager. As an administrator you will be responsible for but not limited to: Dealing with all the planned works administration Dealing with invoicing, purchase orders, excel spreadsheets Administration support for the office Organising, printing, filing, scanning Ensuring they get as many jobs in as they can Data entry of all the job information Ordering and organising engineering parts Liaising with the engineers and management You must have: Strong organisational skills Excellent telephone manor and communication skills Computer Literate Excellent work ethic What to do next: Call Lizzie Dodd at Randstad CPE Maidstone Office or Apply now Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
