Overview
An international executive search and selection organisation who can evidence success in over 32 countries. We offer bespoke executive search and selection strategies which aim to propel our clients ahead of their competition, cementing their roles as industry leaders. We work across borders with companies on a global scale that have needs to recruit from senior management to c-level. We are a truly global organization, with 90% of our work taking place outside of the U.K. Our highly trained consultants have years of invaluable expertise; our specialist team spans across research, sector specific consultants and partners who, in some cases, have over 30 years of experience. We are focused on high quality service delivery and as such every member of our team is of the highest calibre. Key sectors: Private Equity Logistics and Supply Chain Mining and Minerals Construction and Civil Engineering Real Estate and Built Environment We typically work with candidates from senior management to board level with base salaries no lower than £150k. Due to sustained success in our core market sectors; Construction, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, Logistics/Supply Chain & Private Equity, we are looking to expand into new areas. The Role: We are looking to add to our team with ambitious, energetic and high-calibre Graduates for our 2019 Graduate Scheme. In addition to an extensive classroom based training programme, you will be learning on the job, shadowing Consultants, Managers & Directors to learn the exact skills required to make you a top performer. Responsibilities: · Meeting with clients virtually and person to determine the specific needs of their business. · Headhunting executive individuals for 'hard to fill' positions · Travelling both nationally and internationally to meet clients and candidates. · Advising clients on the market and hiring strategy · Interviewing and networking with high level executive candidates. Significant support will be provided by the Managing Partners of the business. What do we offer? We have a dedicated Training and Development Manager who is responsible for designing individual training plans for both consultants and senior management. We are a true meritocracy. Your progression is not determined by age or years of service, but performance. You could be considered for an equity stake in the business within 3 years. Incentives We have a market leading commission scheme, paying up to 60% of fee in commission to top performing consultants. We run numerous monthly, quarterly and yearly incentive schemes throughout the year. Recent incentives have included Michelin Star Dinners, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Go-Karting, Paintballing, a weekend in Barcelona, a weekend in Ibiza and even a Rolex. You will be afforded to opportunity for substantial international travel. Given we are a global firm, you are expected to meet your clients face to face wherever they are. This year our consultants have travelled to Charlotte, Dallas, West Africa, New York, Cannes, Paris & Las Vegas on business.
