Overview
Charleston Gray Recruitment are looking for a driven and ambitious Tax Manager either ATT with experience or a Chartered Tax Advisor based out of our clients Leeds central office. This role will be working with the Tax Director and Partners on a predominantly tax advisory basis. The role has minimal compliance as the tax team will support you with general cases. The small amount of compliance that you will be working on will naturally be more complex in nature which gives this role a more diverse and rewarding day. This position will see you working with a range of client projects including creatives within the music industry including well known celebrity names and international clientele. You will You will deal directly with clients in all aspects of their tax affairs and planning opportunities. Routinely deal with matters of the following nature: - HNWI with International Tax Issues - Company acquisitions and sales and reorganisations - Property transactions - Complex HMRC enquiries - Inheritance tax planning - Tax mitigation strategies The candidate will not be required to do business development but always welcome when an opportunity arises Some Travel will be required Skills and qualifications 5 years tax experience (including advisory or enquiry work) CTA qualified or possibly continued study CIOT/ATT with working experience (Qualified by experience) Excellent communication skills Strong IT skills is essential Strong Commercial awareness Or email directly for a confidential chat if you have experience in the above.
