Overview
Venture Recruitment Partners are assisting a multi-national Retailer in their recruitment for an Accounts Payable specialist, based at their site on the outskirts of Basingstoke. Working closely with the Divisional Head of Finance, you will oversee the accuracy and compliance of purchase ledger transactions. You’ll also ensure the department are maximising efficiency, with the autonomy to implement processes and procedure improvements. You will manage payment runs, reconcile supplier accounts and resolve any disputes, as well as assisting Senior Management with daily cash management. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of working in a multi-sited organisation, dealing with a high volume of transactions. You will also be adaptable, having the ability to influence Senior Management as well as roll up your sleeves and assist the wider Finance team.
