Overview
A leading global recruitment company in Glasgow are looking for a Global HR Operations Manager to join their Support Services office. The role will involve developing the end to end employee lifecycle, HR Administrative processes in an efficient and customer focused way. You will be required to provide day to day direction to a team of HR Coordinators as well as developing and maintaining the standards across the company. If you can demonstrate the ability to manage, mentor and support and act as a strong role model for your team then you could be the Global HR Operations Manager we are looking for. What will you be doing? As Global HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building effective relationships with key stakeholders to drive efficiencies and enhance the employee and manager experience. You will be involved in the effectiveness and consistent coordination of our policies and procedures and in turn, support your team with the implementation when needed. The successful candidate will seek out innovative ways to improve efficiencies across the department with the idea of removing manual processes, as well as this you will have a keen eye for any continuous improvement projects and work closely with the relevant teams on these. What skills/experience should you have? Proven people management experience in managing HR operational teams Global experience with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels.
