Leading Pharmaceutical organisation in Milton Keynes are on the lookout for an experienced Payroll Team Leader to join the team. Client Details We are partnering with a European leading pharmaceutical organisation in Milton Keynes. An internal promotion has created this great opportunity for an experienced Payroller to come in and join the team. Description Payroll Team Leader Responsibilities: Oversee a small team Process payroll for employees globally Process monthly salary changes, variable payments and applicable deductions per local requirements Investigate, reconcile and correct payroll data issues, discrepancies and errors Collect, compile and enter employee status changes, new hires, terminations, and payroll data Timely and accurately prepare on-demand checks for terminations, retro-adjustments and other disbursements determined to be necessary for immediate distribution Support the Accounting team by saving the final payroll files into the respective shared drive following finalisation of payroll each month Import Pensions contributions for UK Submit Australia payroll taxes Collect, compile and review data for year end processing (P60's, P11d's, end of year statements) Profile Payroll Team Leader Requirements: At least 2 years in Payroll lead position Ability to work towards tight deadlines Experience in International Payroll processes a bonus Comfortable working with local vendors Job Offer Whats on offer?
