Social Worker - Learning Disabilities Team - Slough - £28 per hour We require an experienced social worker to work in a learning disabilities service in Slough. Successful candidates for this role must have previous learning disability experience and experience of complex care management. As an learning disabilities social worker, you will manage your own workload; you will undertake assessments for clients with learning disabilities, assessing the client's needs, risks and capacity and respond appropriately to support the service users.
