Senior Social Worker - Adults Transitions - Dudley - £28 per hour We have an exciting new opportunity available in Dudley for an experienced senior social worker to work in adults transitions team. To be successful in this role candidates will need to be motivated and flexible with high professional standards and sound knowledge and experience of current legislation, including the Care Act and the Mental Capacity Act and its application to practice in a social care setting. Previous transitions experience is essential. To support the Manager with workload management and professional supervision in the Team. To provide professional support and maintain an improved standard of service.
