CRM Project Manager
Overview
We are recruiting for a growing organisation whose UK and Ireland Headquarters is based in Ascot and they are currently one year into a CRM relaunch project. They are seeking an experienced and hands on CRM Project Manager to take over the day-to-day running and management of the project. This will be a contract of up to 6 months dependant on completion of the project. The new Microsoft Dynamics CRM is planned to have much more functionality than its predecessor Salesforce and is being upgraded to a full data led CRM which will see sales, marketing, accounts and service departments all working from the one tool. The Project Manager will be able to quickly pick the project up from its current state and ensure it is successfully managed to guarantee the end result is not only complete but is also aligned to organisations original brief, on time and in budget. The candidate will have proven experience of managing a similar project and ideally hold a Project Management qualification. Must be self-motivated, able to confidently and succinctly communicate to all levels of the team, create clear briefs, manage the expectations of the business and ensure all parties are moving the project along. Project Scope The new CRM will be able to fulfil the following: · Sales contact database · Sales contact activity tracker and task list · Sales pricing / quote tool · Sales and Accounts to align so the ERP and CRM talk and report easily · To manage the product loans and assets · Business reporting (e.g. forecasting, stock reporting, sales team calls stats) · As a marketing tool to segment, align and communicate to all Stakeholders · To manage the servicing and support elements (e.g. log calls, report, document repairs and communicate with customers) Role Specifics The role could be managed on a Part time basis – although the successful candidate would need to work on the project every weekday The role is based from the HQ in Ascot, Berkshire.Occasional travel to the CRM business in Odiham, Hampshire may be required. Required Skills and Experience · Successful Project Management of other MS Dynamics projects (min 2 years) · Understanding of sales, marketing and administrative roles that all work within CRM capacity · Ideally holds Project Management qualification (Prince 2 for example) · Be able to absorb and evaluate information quickly · Be able to envisage solutions and assess different solutions to solve problems · A strong business benefits focus · Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89645706
