Graduate Recruitment Consultant Opportunity: ESG Recruitment is currently looking for exciting and hard-working Graduates and Second-Jobbers looking to make a start in their career in recruitment. They are a UK based company with global reach. They specialise in Hedge-Funds, Private Equity firms, Investment Banks and ambitious Tech Start-Ups. Their office is fast-paced and highly competitive so candidates who are looking to make waves in this industry Our client is currently looking for 2018 & 2019 Graduates for an January start. Salary and incentives: £23-25k basic starting salary Comprehensive commission structure from Day One A successful candidate should be: Driven with lots of ambition. Success and money-hungry. Natural sales ability and be target driven. A recent Graduate with at least a 2:1 or a Second-Jobber with at least 2-3 years’ experience in sales.
