Recruitment Manager £50,000 - £55,000 London My client, a business to business organisation are looking for a Resourcing who will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process to ensure that talent acquisition is effective and proactive. The role is a blend of both a delivery and strategic and you will be responsible for developing resourcing plans, designing and creating attraction and social media campaigns to proactively deliver against high volume demands. You will also be responsible for managing the process from resource planning & attraction to assessment centre design and monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in: Assessment centre design and delivery Operating in a high-volume recruitment environment Designing and delivering attraction Employer brand management and development Track record of continually improving service delivery Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills People management Proven experience in a previous resourcing role, ideally within a large and complex organisation
