Overview
A global real estate services firm is currently looking for a qualified accountant to join their Central London office. They are seeking a Statutory Reporting Accountant to primarily manage the group and UK statutory audit processes. The company has a presence in over 50 countries, providing services of property, facilities and project management and other services. Responsibilities Support the preparation of statutory accounts for the UK entities Liaise with internal and external auditors Create efficiencies through continuous improvement of processes ensure effective controls are maintained Prepare quarterly reporting pack for shareholders ensuring compliance with group policies and the production of accurate, consistent and timely information Manage direct reports to ensure they are reaching their full potential Please apply if you are an ACA/ ACCA / CIMA qualified accountant with at least two year's post-qualification experience looking to make a step into a fast-paced organisation.
