Production Manager (Construction/ Concrete) Wolverhampton Monday to Friday, site runs from 6am to 4.30pm £40,000 to £50,000 Per Annum PRP Staff Bonus (OTE 10% on top of basic) Company Pension Private Health Care Life Assurance 25 Days Holiday Bank Holidays Production Manager required for an innovative lightweight concrete manufacturer whose products can be found in the construction and architectural industry. This is a great opportunity for a Production Manager / Manufacturing Manager looking to help improve processes across the site. A clear route to progress to Director level based on results is on offer. The successful Production Manager will be an experienced Production / Manufacturing Manager from a concrete/ precision mould/ casting/ or similar construction industry. You will have experience of managing a large workforce and be confident hands on manager. You will need experience of working to ISO standards as the company are ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 accredited. Your role will be to oversee the production of concrete panel products and ensure production KPIs are met. You will manage a team of circa 100 Operatives and be in charge of continually motivating staff. Your role on site will be to drive forward continuous improvements and project based work. This role will suit someone looking to make an impact within a growing company. The company are well established with their products being sold internationally. The Production Manager Role: Overseeing production across site. Managing a team of circa 100 Operatives. Focused on developing production output further. Adhering to ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. The Production Manager: Experienced Production/ Operations Manager. Comes from any concrete/ ceramics/ brick or similar industry. Experience managing a large workforce. Experience working to ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. Able to read engineering drawings. Confident in driving forwards continuous improvements.
