Overview

This multiple award winning media agency is known as an outstanding place to work. They are now looking for a mid-level senior FP&A Analyst for their high-achieving finance team. Key Responsibilities: • Produce a monthly high level forecast summary and co-ordinate the quarterly forecast process • Assist in coordinating the annual budget process and production of a board presentation, developing schedules to enable the budget and forecast processes • Supporting the review and challenge of Divisional submissions • Analysing current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales and operating expenditure • Working with business units to ensure common understanding of business performance • Developing reporting and analytical tools, which enable improved decision making • Working collaboratively and analytically with other senior members of Finance, Senior Management, and divisional leads • Assisting with Monthly Financial reporting and analysis, e.g Board Pack • Preparation of presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team • Supporting on ad-hoc project work such as potential acquisitions eg due diligence, financial modelling etc Requirements and skills • Ideally a qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) • Relevant FP&A experience in a multi-market environment • Self-starter - someone who is a proactive thinker who can self-challenge datasets and effectively communicate financial principles to non-finance managers. • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to think creatively and highly-driven • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint
