Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced welding supervisor to join a welding fabrication firm in St Helens. It is a role which will enable you to become a senior part of the team, developing a team of around 10 welders. As such we are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience in training and developing a team. The role will offer you plenty of opportunity for overtime at time and a half as they are extremely busy. Occasionally you will be asked to assist with welding however the main focus of your role will be supporting the team. The ultimate aim will be to work with the production manager to increase efficiency and quality. All work is based in St Helens so no travel will be required. Pay for the role will be £13-£16 per hour PAYE and we are looking for someone to start ASAP.
