Overview
We are recruiting for a 7.5t Home Delivery driver based in Peterborough. This is a temp to perm opportunity starting straight away. You will be required to deliver white goods into residential properties. The Role The perfect candidate should be able to deliver great customer service, have a great attitude and the ability to self-manage whilst out on the road. As a specialist member of the team, you will be delivering and collecting from business locations and you will be using specialist equipment to ensure their product is always handled carefully and safely. Delivering and collecting from locations such as restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, hotels, theme parks, universities and hospitals. You will deliver large and bulky items but will be given top of the range MHE to help and full training on how to use this equipment you will also be required to support the delivery of our platinum service to private properties including customer houses. You should be an excellent communicator as you will be liaising directly with the customer and you may be required to provide some basic level training at location on how to use the product. Working hours Our delivery crews operate on a 4 over 6 rota, Monday to Saturday starts approx 06:00am
