The Vittoria Group is a well-established family run business operating since 1970 with 5 well known restaurants in central Edinburgh; Vittoria on the Walk, Vittoria on the Bridge, La Favorita, Divino Enoteca, Bertie’s Restaurant & Bar & Taste of Italy and with 2 La Favorita Delivery shops. Bertie’s has a completely different concept to all our other brands; we have exciting dishes on the menu with some great “chip shop” classics and “proper fish & chips”, along with showstopping cocktails; a bustling atmosphere in beautiful surroundings making it be the place to be. We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef, minimum 3 years’ experience, to join our restaurant, Bertie’s Restaurant & Bar, in central Edinburgh as it grows from strength to strength since opening last year. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment especially with Bertie’s being a 300-seat restaurant and being in the heart of the Old Town, Edinburgh. You must have a passion for cooking good food and be enthusiastic about the hospitality business.
