Sous Chef Salary: Up to £27,000 Bonus Location: Bath Who will you be working for? A 100% fresh food restaurant whose menus are reflective of a French brasserie. The site is in a premium location and they serve delicious seasonal fare, cracking ales and fantastic wines, which attracts a diverse range of clientele. Due to this they are seeking an experienced and career driven Sous Chef to join the brigade. We are looking for a Chef that: Loves cooking and leading a brigade from the front Passionate about training and developing their team Happy to work closely with the senior management team Strives under pressure and is accustomed to working in a high-volume kitchen Experience of working with fresh food in a high-volume kitchen Interested?
