Overview
A vibrant and busy restaurant group are opening their first site outside London, and are looking for a strong Head Chef to take charge of the new kitchen in Manchester. With strong weekly sales of up to 70 forecast, this site will be busy, with a large team, serving a range of American South inspired food from bar snacks to full meals, all cooked from fresh to a high standard. As such, as Head Chef you must be proactive and organised, with a strong history of managing financials and large teams, as well as a passion for good food A quality branded, volume background is preferable. This forward-looking company has continued plans for expansion and is well known in London for the amazing atmosphere and vibe, as well as it's excellent food offering The right candidate in Manchester will be offered a strong salary of up to £45,000, as well as continuing support from a company which really looks after its people.
