Client Located in the heart of the Cotswolds this gastro pub with rooms is currently looking for a Sous Chef to join the team. Whether you are tasting the fresh food from their seasonal menu or one of their craft ales, both can be enjoyed whilst being surrounded by the beautiful views. Role Working alongside the Head Chef and management team, your main duties as the new Sous Chef will be to help with the daily running of the kitchen. You will be expected to help create menus, order stock and motivate and develop the other Junior Chefs. A candidate for this role should have previous Sous Chef experience.
