Job Title: Telephone Collections Negotiator Salary: £23k Location: Harrow Contract: Full time, 6 months contract with the view to go permanent Hours: 9am - 5:30pm - Monday - Friday Job Purpose: An opportunity has arisen with our client on a 6 months fixed term contract to join a thriving and growing team. This role would suit someone with a background in either of the following; call centre, complaints handler, recruitment, telesales. The successful candidate will be used to being on phone and handling difficult situations over the phone. Duties and responsibilities: Primarily to telephone and write to customers to collect money which is owed to their clients Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls - in the region of handling 65-80 calls per day Taking details of customers income and expenditure to assess affordability Understanding customers circumstances and negotiating suitable repayment plans. Taking customer payments over the phone Updating all system notes thoroughly after any account action Handling debtor/client complaints and queries Occasionally attending client meetings/visits Hitting targets set out by clients The person: Strong and confident telephone manner Ideally working in a call centre, dealing with complaints or a sales role Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work towards targets Punctual, committed Good team player and able to prioritise workload Strong PC Skills Smart10 Ltd is a "Multi Award Winning" and Independently run recruitment consultancy which specialises in supplying both Permanent and Temporary positions across all Business Support roles.
