Overview
Job Title: Credit Controller Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (DOE) Bonus PRIMARY PURPOSE To administer an assigned portion of the Sales Ledger and generate maximum cash flow & minimise bad debts. Maximise sales potential in line and provide a high standard of customer service to both internal & external customers KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain your own ledger of customers To maintain all customer credit limits purchasing requirements. Collection of debts within assigned credit terms and achievement of individual & department targets To process any credit held orders Reconciliation and Allocation of monies received in line with customer remittances. To record and manage all customer queries and disputed invoices. To ensure customer database is accurate and up to date along with the filing and maintenance To refer accounts, where appropriate for litigation To ensure maximum efficiency of the Aged Debt Ad hoc duties as assigned by the line manager
