Here at MedSolve we are currently recruiting for an experienced Night Senior Carer who is looking for a new position in an Elderly Residential Care Home. Job Role: To support the Manager in the overall management of the home. Assume responsibilities of the Manager in their absence. Create an environment which respects the rights and wishes of the residents Encourage person centered care Maximise independence Train and encourage staff Report to the Manager and Deputy any issues that arise As a Senior Care Assistant it would be desirable to have: NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care. Previous experience of as a senior in a Residential Care or Nursing Home.
