To achieve this, we focus on individual residents, working in partnership with their families and our colleagues, to provide one to one care of the highest quality. Job Role: Staff for the unit are required to work within strict rehab guidelines, attend meetings, input information onto a digital platform, provide care and assistance as detailed within a plan of care, administer medication, able to work independently and as part of a team approach. As a Senior Care Assistant it would be desirable to have: NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care. Previous experience of as a senior in a Residential Care or Nursing Home. A Passion for Care of the Elderly.
