DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer £80-100K bonus/benefits Central London Fullstack London is currently working alongside one of the most exciting and disruptive Fintech’s in the World; assisting with their search for an experienced DevOps Engineer / SRE to join their rapidly growing team. Having gained significant momentum which has seen them evolve from a challenger to the industry-leader, their seamless and reliable trading platform is growing at an impressive rate, along with the number of passionate community members. They offer a faithfully agile, fast-paced and challenging environment, enabling every employee the opportunity to make a direct contribution to the success and expansion of the business. As Data Insight Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high quality, robust solutions as part of a tech-first challenger brand. The main purpose of the role is to maintain and evolve the current system and develop new services in a cloud environment. You'll take ownership of the infrastructure and help to build a distributed microservices architecture, and you may need to coach new team members as the team grows. You'll be joining a modern technology-driven organisation, working alongside some of the brightest minds in their fields. Current technology stack: React, Redis, NodeJS, Heroku, Kubernetes, AWS, Java, Kotlin, Kafka, ElasticSearch, Fivetran, Looker, BigQuery & Python. Essential requirements: • Expert Linux and Networking experience (Physical and Cloud) • Infrastructure as Code (JAML, Terraform) • Cloud Infrastructure Orchestration (AWS/EKS, Docker, Kubernetes) • Monitoring (Prometheus, Splunk) • Cloud Database Management (Aurora DB, Cassandra) • Queue Management (SQS, Kafka) • Agile product development experience • Good communication skills • Collaboration in a diverse and distributed team Desirable skills/experience: • Other languages: Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, Python, etc • Redis, SQL & NoSQL databases, Elastic Search • Trading or Sporting experience This is a superb opportunity for any experienced DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer – particularly with any previous Fintech, Cryptocurrency/Blockchain, Betting/Gaming or Trading Systems experience (though not essential) – to join a company that is going from strength to strength.
