Innovation & Agile Trainer / Coach Broughton £26.87 PAYE 6-9 months Will be training and coaching PMs, running and facilitating workshops on Agile & Innovation – must have a strong coaching / trainer background Looking for someone who has energy & ambition to come in and challenge the way people are working and thinking. Delivering coaching, training sessions and workshops – being able to communicate effectively technical changes and ideas – can show other people what changes are going to happen, explaining and demonstrating positively.Must have the ability to lead, facilitate and manage groups of people in workshops & consultation sessions (management and employee operator level) Develop new productive and innovative ideas on how processes / people can work better and more efficiently, thinking outside of the box and really challenging the business on the best way forward Key skills – Agile & Scrum master, idea creation, good understanding of LBIP, extremely strong communication and influencing skills, approachable, energetic & enthusiastic– a real people person.
