This Customer Service Team Leader vacancy falls within their business services department, an area of their business which is growing rapidly. Description conduct performance management reviews, set targets, allocate duties and delegate effectively to create a highly motivated and effective workforce Assist Customer Services Manager ensuring that all customer requirements are identified and transferred into SAP system Identify training needs for team members and ensure that training is completed assist in maintaining relationships with customers both in writing, over the telephone and in face-to-face meetings receive and accurately input all orders/service requests take accurate information from customers regarding complaints in line with the complaint policy, making sure customer expectations are managed travel outside office hours to customer meetings and overnight stays as necessary Profile Leadership skills - experience managing a team High level of computer literacy, including good understanding of excel and good analytic skills Logical approach to problem solving and decision making Be able to motivate self and team Be able to think, communicate and present information effectively Ensure customers receive a professional service at all times Able to manage a varied constantly changing workload Job Offer Forward thinking company bonus scheme development opportunities.
