I am working on behalf of an award winning, reputable home care service provider that requires an experienced field care supervisor to oversee their branch in the Enfield area. The role: Duties as Field Care Supervisor will include: Carrying out spot checks and supervisions to ensure that our high standards of person-centred care are maintained / developed further. Assist with new client assessments. Assist with recruitment and retention strategies. Assist with compliance. Other general office duties. The Person: You will be a strong & resilient Field Care Supervisor with a passion for delivering high quality care. You will have excellent leadership qualities, ability to time manage effectively and a desire to work to high standards and push yourself to better both the company and yourself.
