Overview
This is an exciting, newly created role for an individual who is passionate about Insurance and Fraud. As an Underwriting Fraud Specialist you will be a Senior member of a team responsible for Underwriting Fraud prevention for Personal Lines business at quotation and application stage. This will include leading the development of a small team of Underwriting Fraud Investigators, developing and driving fraud prevention strategies, improving fraud knowledge and competence throughout the business, analysing MI, be involved in fraud projects, leading external fraud investigations and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. This role would suit an Insurance professional ideally an experienced Underwriter who has some exposure to fraud. In addition, the role holder will need to be numerically sound, be able to analyse and interpret complex data and hold or be prepared to work towards relevant professional fraud and insurance qualifications.
