Overview
1st Line Support Analyst - 3 month contract A 3 month contract opportunity has become available for a 1st Line Support Analyst with strong customer service skills and a good understanding of large and structured IT service desk environments. The position is based in Milton Keynes and approximately 5 minutes on foot from the main station. Although initially for 3 months, there is a possibility of extensions Suitable candidates for this 3 month 1st Line Support Analyst role will need the following skills and experience: Previous experience in large and structured service desk environments in 1st Line Support or Service Desk High level communication and customer service skills Experience supporting Windows 10, MS Office and basic network connectivity issues Exposure to service desk management software such as ServiceNow or similar Preferably some experience working in an ITIL reflective environment You will need to be registered to an Umbrella company to fulfil this contract CB Resourcing operates as both an employment agency and an employment business.
