Architectural Technician, London, Up To £48,000 Your new company A new opportunity has come available for a Architectural Technician with a strong knowledge of Residential and Commercial projects to join a Building Surveyor Practice in Central London. Your new role To undertake all associated duties as deemed necessary by the company to provide support and carry out to cover the full range of hands on property management activities. You'll be working on conversions, refurbishments and extensions working on particularly interesting projects converting residential to commercial buildings and vice versa.
