Part II Assistant/Recently Qualified Architect
Overview
URGENT Experienced Part II/Recently qualified Architect required for initial contract t close-knit practice in Sevenoaks. This has the potential to go permanent with starting rate up to £17/hr Ltd or Umbrella. For this opportunity you'll need at least 2 years industry experience. You'll be working within the planning and technical stages so you'll need to be comfortable with putting together technical drawing packages as well as planning applications. Sound knowledge of the residential sector would suit, you may also be getting involved with commercial schemes. AutoCAD fluency is a must. This is to work for a busy close-knot practice with a busy influx in work over the Spring. You'll need to be available to interview and start at fairly short notice. As mentioned above this has a very opportunity to be made into a permanent position should it go well.
