Job Runner - Architect or Technician
Overview
Seize the opportunity to act as a lead on a D&B project in London within an established Central London company. As a mid-sized company with large scale projects, there is a host of benefits to joining this company from a skill challenge perspective. You work closely with the Directors but are also offered freedom to run projects in a style that befits your beliefs. They have many key contractor and developer clients and you'll be trusted to not only maintain those connections but also develop through the success of your work. They are currently looking to hire on a specific high-volume residential project for which you'll be coordinating it's delivery. This includes overseeing a small in-house team and liaison constantly with the client and contractors. The project is being delivered in Revit so you'll have a knowledge of that, but they company still widely use AutoCAD also so proficiency with that too is desired. Preferably you'll be someone who can still get hands-on with producing drawings for when deadlines become tight. In return, you'll get: - A long term contract, likely 6 months to begin with but with a view of going on. - Though a contractor, you'll take on key responsibilities of the project. - Rates are to £30 p/hour Ltd or Umbrella. - A sustainable work/life balance, this company truly adhere to that. - Work in a great location situated a 5-minute walk from a well-connected tube station.
