Site manager wanted for a small bespoke housing site in Nuneaton. Pay 55000 to 60000 yearly Responsibilities The successful individual will be working on a bespoke housing property in Nuneaton. They would like someone who is comfortable managing challenging projects. They must be fully competent in reading drawings.The ideal candidate will have worked on bespoke sites, as they would like someone with a strong eye for detail who has delivered high-spec internal packages. Site Manager Requirements CSCS card, SMSTS. High-end / super prime residential experience. High-spec finishing packages. Technical skills. Time management and organisation. Programming and planning. Ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Proven records of delivering high standards of work.
